Jenny enjoys being a business person in the HR world. As the head of HR for the USD1.2B group worldwide, Jenny champions the mission of making its people the competitive advantage of USG Boral – to change the way buildings are designed and built. A graduate of the Royal Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (U.K), Jenny brings with her; 20+ years of diverse working experience in the field of Finance, Supply Chain, Business Development and HR. In a prior role as the Senior HR Director of Agilent, the organization won all the Top Awards for Employer of Choice in 2012 and 2013 from AON Hewitt, MIHRM and the Human Resource Development Fund. In her personal capacity, Jenny was also recognized as Grand Gold Award winner – HR Leader of the Year by MIHRM and HR Professional of the Year by Human Resources Magazine
