With over 19 years of immersive experience in HR Processes, Functions, and Software, my passion lies in pioneering futuristic HR Automation techniques and nurturing young talent within the industry. In my philosophy, entrepreneurs should champion a customer-first and employee-first approach, prioritizing value creation over mere valuation. This ethos has guided Rolling Arrays’ journey and forms the core of my beliefs. My professional path led me through enriching experiences at SAP Labs across Germany, Bulgaria, Israel, and India, where I honed my skills before consulting for various esteemed blue-chip clients worldwide. My academic journey includes prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and the Indian Institute of Technology, where I cultivated a deep understanding of business and technology.

Beyond my professional pursuits, my goal is to be a responsible leader to my valued customers and employees, and a pillar of love and support as a husband, father, son, and brother to my cherished family. During my moments of leisure, I find joy in the harmonious notes of the piano, a passion that allows me to unwind and rejuvenate.
